3.Placing an order
3.1. Add the needed spare parts to your order.
3.2. Fill in the required fields on the order page, choose a method of delivery for the spare parts that suit you, and press the link “Send order”.
3.3.busparts.eu will submit an invoice to the e-mail address given when placing the order, upon the payment of which our transport partners will deliver the spare parts.
3.4 Unpaid orders will be cancelled 5 days after the order has been placed.
4.1 Goods are paid for:

6. Return of goods
6.1. The customer has the right after the payment to cancel his order, notifying busparts.eu accordingly to the e-mail address BUSPARTS.EU@GMAIL.COM In the application it is necessary to indicate the account number / order. The prepayment will be returned to the Customer on the settlement account within 14 calendar days after receipt of the application.

6.4.To return the spare parts, you must submit an application by sending it to the e-mail address BUSPARTS.EU@GMAIL.COM within 14 days from the receipt of the spare parts. The customer must return the spare parts no later than 14 days after the application for return.
6.5.Money for the return of spare parts is returned to the Customer after checking the parts received back, but not later than within 14 days.
6.6. busparts.eu reserves the right to cancel the order in case if:
* The customer did not make an advance payment on the invoice issued on the basis of the order within the time specified in the invoice,
* The ordered goods have ended in the warehouse of the supplier, and the Customer does not agree with the proposed busparts.eu product for replacement. The prepayment is returned to the Customer on the settlement account within 7 working days after receipt of the relevant application.
6.7. busparts.eu has the right to refuse to execute the order at any time if, for reasons beyond its control, the execution of the order is impossible or significantly hampered. Busparts.eu immediately notifies the client about the refusal to fulfill the order by e-mail or by phone. At the request of the client, busparts.eu undertakes to justify in writing the refusal to execute the order. In case of refusal to execute the order, busparts.eu undertakes to return the paid amount to the client within 3 working days. In the event of refusal to execute the order, busparts.eu shall not be liable to the client or third parties for damages caused by refusal to execute the order.
busparts.eu is not responsible for the fact that the spare part does not fit your vehicle. But in this case, you can return the spare part within 7 calendar days. The warranty does not cover costs that cover the transportation, installation, dismantling and testing of the parts.
The warranty does not apply if the spare part is unmounted by the customer or damaged by it. Also, the warranty does not cover costs that cover the transportation, installation and dismantling of the spare part.
The parts sold by us are the right to return within 7 calendar days, starting from the day of sale.
