1.1.The quantity of goods available to purchase, indicated with a time delay and may differ from the actual state of the warehouse.

3.Placing an order

3.1. Add the needed spare parts to your order.
3.2. Fill in the required fields on the order page, choose a method of delivery for the spare parts that suit you, and press the link “Send order”.  will submit an invoice to the e-mail address given when placing the order, upon the payment of which our transport partners will deliver the spare parts.
3.4 Unpaid orders will be cancelled 5 days after the order has been placed.


4. Payment

4.1 Goods are paid for:
* By transfer (via Internet bank),

4.1.The client is obliged to pay the account to check and make sure that all of these data correspond to reality and actually made the order. Term of payment accounts - 5 working days of your order. 6. Return of goods

6.1. The customer has the right after the payment to cancel his order, notifying accordingly to the e-mail address BUSPARTS.EU@GMAIL.COM In the application it is necessary to indicate the account number / order. The prepayment will be returned to the Customer on the settlement account within 14 calendar days after receipt of the application.

The Client will be contacted and agreed to return the parts at the earliest opportunity, but not later than within 14 days. The customer must return the spare parts no later than 14 days after the application for return.

6.5.Money for the return of spare parts is returned to the Customer after checking the parts received back, but not later than within 14 days.

6.6. reserves the right to cancel the order in case if:

* The customer did not make an advance payment on the invoice issued on the basis of the order within the time specified in the invoice,

* The ordered goods have ended in the warehouse of the supplier, and the Customer does not agree with the proposed product for replacement. The prepayment is returned to the Customer on the settlement account within 7 working days after receipt of the relevant application.

The warranty does not apply if the spare part is unmounted by the customer or damaged by it. Also, the warranty does not cover costs that cover the transportation, installation and dismantling of the spare part.


The parts sold by us are  the right to return within 7 calendar days, starting from the day of sale.
